What’s included in the rent?
Rent is all inclusive. It includes high-speed internet, cable, trash, recycling, snow removal, landscaping, and parking. Plus, each apartment comes fully furnished!
What utilities are included?
Residents are only responsible for electricity. We’ll take care of water, sewer, high-speed internet, cable, trash, and recycling.
What’s included in the furniture package?
Bedrooms include a queen-size bed, a four-drawer dresser, a desk and a chair, and a headboard with an integrated shelf and a USB charger.
In the common areas, you’ll have a dining table with chairs, a couch, a living room chair, a coffee table, an entertainment center, and a side table.
Can I bring my own additional furniture?
Absolutely! We want your new apartment to feel like home.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! Ivy Ridge is pet friendly, so your four-legged friends are welcome.

What kind of flooring do the apartments have?
Ivy Ridge offers luxury vinyl wood in the common areas and bathrooms, and new carpeting in the bedrooms.
What kind of kitchen appliances do the apartments have?
All our apartments have brand new stainless steel appliances package that includes a new electric stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal.
How close will I be to Cornell University?
Ivy Ridge is less than a mile to campus, so it’s an easy commute. There is also an on-site bus stop with direct routes to Cornell, downtown Ithaca, and shopping areas.
